In an effort to accommodate our patients, Long Island Digestive Disease Consultants participates with most major insurance carriers. Below is a partial list of major carriers with whom we participate. From time to time, this list may change. If you do not see your plan listed, or if you have any questions about your insurance, please contact our Billing Department for additional information.

All insurance coverage is verified prior to your appointment. If your insurance plan requires a referral, this must be received by the Billing Department no less than 48 hours before the visit. All co-payments are collected at the time of service and are payable by check or credit card. Please remember to bring your insurance card and driver’s license to the appointment for identification purposes. It is in your best interest to understand the details of your individual health policy. Our Billing Department is happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
